Refund Policy
At The Globe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@theglobe.nz.
