How do I register as a buyer or seller on The Globe?
Buyers can register easily by clicking Sign In and then the Create Now link. Sellers are guided through a detailed registration process when they attempt to list a product or create a listing on the platform.
Does The Globe operate internationally?
Currently, TheGlobe operates within New Zealand, but we’re excited to expand internationally soon—starting with Australia. Stay tuned for updates as we grow!
What types of products are available on The Globe?
The Globe is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that connects buyers with a variety of sellers offering diverse products from around the world.

How do I place an order on The Globe?
Simply browse our categories or search for a specific item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Can I save items to buy later?
Yes, you can add items to your cart and they’ll stay there until you remove them—making it easy to save products and buy them later.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Stripe, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank transfers, direct debits, and “Buy Now, Pay Later” options through Afterpay.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account, going to the “Order History” section, and viewing the latest status and tracking updates for each purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, most items can be returned or exchanged within a specified return window, typically within 7 days from delivery. Make sure the item is in its original condition, and check the product’s return policy for any category-specific guidelines.

How do I start selling on The Globe?
To start selling on TheGlobe, you can either click Become a Vendor or “List a Product” to register as a marketplace vendor. If you’re listing items in specific categories like Motors, Jobs, or Properties, simply use the “Add Listing” button within that category — no vendor account required.
Can I make purchases from multiple sellers in one order?
Yes, you can purchase from multiple sellers in a single order on TheGlobe. Each seller will fulfill their part of the order separately, and shipping details will be provided accordingly.
Are there any fees for listing items?
Listing fees on TheGlobe depend on the category. Some listings are free, while others may have a fee. Full details are provided during the listing process.
How do I get paid for my sales?
Payouts for your sales on TheGlobe are processed securely via Stripe. Once an order is completed, the funds are transferred to your linked bank account based on Stripe’s payout schedule.
Can I offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, as a seller on TheGlobe, you can offer discounts or promotions on your products through your vendor dashboard by setting sale prices.
