Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Remote Department: Sales / Telesales Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level Job Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Representatives to join our remote sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell our products or services. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service — all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a provided leads list. Introduce, promote, and sell products or services over the phone. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Handle objections, answer questions, and overcome challenges to close sales. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information using CRM tools. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets. Stay up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company updates. Qualifications: Previous telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong customer focus and ability to handle rejection professionally. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or call center tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup. High school diploma or equivalent required.
