We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals that contribute directly to the company’s growth. You’ll work independently, yet collaboratively, in a flexible remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets. Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services/products. Conduct virtual presentations, negotiations, and close deals effectively. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to optimize client onboarding and retention. Track sales metrics, create reports, and forecast revenue growth. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (3+ years preferred). Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
